Friday evening plan: have dinner with brother and workout together afterwards.
He eats 6 or 8 different things all day, every day... 😒 Boring as hell! He also times his meals and works out accordingly. Bottom line: my plan was only going to work if we went to the gym at 10pm! I'm becoming an old lady here, that's almost my time to sleep! So, plans cancelled; we eat & train separately.
Nothings ever turns out the way I want it, but hey I think he feels bad now 😉
His meal: white rice & tuna
My meal: couscous in tomatojuice, tuna, mozarella, basil (homegrown!), sundried tomatoes and a bit of parmigiano on top 👌 Fingerlickin'good!!
Tummy full, 15mins of blogging time passed, now it's time to hit the iron! 💪
