I always try to go back to the roots of everything, even food... I like to make things myself, the enjoyment is always greater! So, Yesterday at 10pm 😒 I started making cottage cheese. In the morning it kind of looked like cottage cheese, now it's hanging in a towel to dry. I'm curious what I will find when I get home from work!
