Friday evening, low on energy, empty fridge,...

"Wanna catch up with dinner?"
What usually happens when I go out for dinner with my cousin: we always want to try out new trendy places. We wander around in Leuven, undecided, until hunger really takes over and we are forced to enter the first place that pops up, where they serve anything called food.
Today, we broke the routine 😄
We agreed we would go for Moroccan cuisine. Best authentic place was "Toeareg" in Parijsstraat, according to Tripadvisor. Honestly, I've never tried Moroccan food, so I couln't tell...
Nevertheless, I was surprised about the combination of lamb with apricot 👌
I loved my tajine with couscous!
To end the evening in style, we had a digestive at Zoff, my favorite Italian bar in Leuven. You should check it out!

But, there's more than meets the eye. They serve jummy dishes and for a second or two you feel in the hart Italy.
"Potrei avare un bicchiere de vino rosso"
The most important Italian sentence I remembered after my trip to Venice this spring. Too bad I chickened out by the time I needed to order.
Maybe next time...
