Tomorrow. 8 letters that make us think, dream, hope, but not very often 'do'.
How many times haven't you thought about tomorrow? A new day, full of new energy, all this time and what to do with it? Sometimes you postpone things of today to do tomorrow. But you don't.
That's like "I'll start working out tomorrow" or "I'll start my diet tomorrow". Been there ,done that!
Tomorrow makes us lazy. Why? Just because it is there and we take it for granted. What if tomorrow wouldn't exist? Would you still act the same? ...[worth to think about it]
This is a case like "someday", but I'll dedicate another post on that one...someday ;)
To stay in the theme: this summer I went to Tomorrowland for the last time. The event dedicated to the 'I'll do it tomorrowers" would you think. Not that much.
"Yesterday is History, Today is a Gift, Tomorrow is Mystery"
Carpe Diem People!
Straight after Tomorrowland, I left rainy Belgium for a holiday in a beautiful land. The land of hills, whiskey and men in skirts, a.k.a. Scotland. I sure didn't do it for the good weather :)
Here's my impression of Scotland:
1. beautiful nature, lakes - rain
2. scones with cream and jam - cranachan - whiskey
3. men in skirts - The Green Kettle, really worth mentioning! Our wonderful hosts Sandra and George made us feel at home, cooked for us, served us local specialties and George made us taste whiskey! Our room was so lovely, pink and flowers all over the place.
4. Castles
5. Harry Potter bridge - The Jacobite steam train
