It was all about wellbeing and local art, food and products.
When entering the premises, you could feel the spirituality hanging in the air. Or was that just the inscents we smelled?

I heared about sound healing before from my yoga teacher and now there was this lady giving introduction sessions. I tried it out, but the session was too short to really feel its impact. It is a form of meditation or healing through soundwaves on different frequencies. These soundwaves resonate with parts of the body which need attention. Very interesting!

If there is one thing I like, it is to try new things, especially taste new things! I tried fried cactus with lionfish and pica mango sauce and Fumangchu, a cocktail based on rum, homemade punch and flowers!
While I was spotting food, one of my girlfriends was spotting blonde curly hair and the other one was just being her awesome self. We had a great time!
At the end of the evening we crawled into the 'meditation tent' where we wishes each other beautiful words, but probably making too much noise with our laughter than should be the purpose 🙈
Om shanti shanti shanti!
